You passed the exam. You have your license. Now what?

Who is helping you find clients? Who can you turn to when a negotiation gets difficult? Who is showing you how to build a business that supports the life you want?

Those are the questions I want new agents asking. Because getting licensed is the beginning. What you do next, and who you surround yourself with, matters.

That is why I want you to know about the Fast Forward Movement at eXp Realty.

What Is the Fast Forward Movement?

The Fast Forward Movement, or FFM, is a community within eXp Realty built around education, collaboration, and business growth. It brings agents together to learn, exchange ideas, and develop the skills that help them serve clients and run stronger businesses.

For a new agent, that means having opportunities to learn from people who have already worked through the challenges you are facing. For an experienced agent, it means exposure to different approaches and conversations that can help you see what is possible next.

I believe in being around people who share what they know. Ask better questions. Bring real challenges to the conversation. Be willing to contribute as you grow.

Training That Connects to the Work

New agents need to understand how to generate business, follow up, communicate their value, and guide clients through important decisions. Learning becomes useful when you can connect it to something you need to do today.

FFM’s focus on training and collaboration gives agents opportunities to build knowledge around the fundamentals: attracting clients, marketing their services, strengthening buyer and seller conversations, and managing their businesses.

Think about the difference between watching another video and leaving a conversation knowing what you will change in your next listing appointment. That is the kind of practical growth I want agents to pursue.

Relationships Are Part of Your Business

There is value in having people you can learn alongside. A conversation with another agent can introduce a different way to follow up, solve a problem, or explain an opportunity to a client.

Those relationships can also lead to referrals and collaboration over time. They start with showing up, participating, and becoming someone other agents trust.

Your circle should challenge you to raise your standards. It should also give you room to ask the questions you are still learning how to answer.

Support Works When You Put It Into Action

Access to resources is only the beginning. You still have to make the calls, follow up, practice, and do what you said you would do.

I say it often: accountability is the highest form of love. Having people around you who care enough to challenge you can make a difference. But you have to be willing to take action.

When you are evaluating where to build your career, ask specific questions. What training can I use? How do I participate? Who handles transaction questions? What support fits my experience level? Those answers matter more than a general promise that someone will help you succeed.

Build a Business With a Bigger Purpose

My approach to real estate comes back to this: Stop selling houses. Start building wealth.

I want agents to recognize opportunities beyond a single transaction. That includes learning to understand investors, asking better questions about clients’ goals, and thinking intentionally about their own future.

As a five-time ICON Agent at eXp Realty with $135 million in closed real estate, I bring the perspective of someone who is doing the work. I enjoy sharing what I have learned with agents who are ready to build.

Let’s Talk About Your Next Step

If you are a new agent choosing where to start or an experienced agent looking for more collaboration, let’s have a conversation about partnering with me at eXp Realty and how the Fast Forward Movement fits into that opportunity.

We can talk through your goals, the resources available, and what getting connected would look like for you.
