“I vividly remember sitting on my couch during the evening of Nov 29, 2019. I had a friend who over the course of the year was suggesting I should consider getting into real estate investing but I had no idea where to start and did not have an agent either. Whether it was fate or it was “algorithmically” meant to be, I logged onto Facebook and immediately had seen your post about a multi family home on the market in Clearwater and I immediately reached out. I remember joining you while in scrubs and having no idea about any of the properties and what to look for and how to evaluate. Being a physician, I am used to absorbing a large amount of information in a short amount of time but the initial experience was like how we describe the medical school experience – drinking from a fire hydrant! It was intimidating, nerve wrecking but also exciting because I had Beth. She is an endless source of energy! She is constantly on the go, but what made it enjoyable was that she is so funny all the while being a wealth of knowledge and is very precise in her thinking and in her analysis. We checked out properties in Clearwater, St Pete, and Tampa searching for the right duplex to jumpstart my real estate investing portfolio. She located an amazing duplex in a lower income area in Tampa and while I felt completely out of place, I knew that this would be the perfect start to my real estate investing journey. Cash flow and multiple income streams are King! These properties and others I’ll have in the future will set me up so well in retirement and I have Beth to thank for that!
